Shipping Policy

 Vicgear can ship any item worldwide. Delivery charges will apply and are dependent on the size, weight and destination of the products you have ordered, and the area zone it is allocated to. Normally takes 5-15 working days to almost area.

You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.

2. Please note that estimated days for delivery are working days only and they do not include holidays and weekends.

3. Please note that there might be additional change for bulky and/or overweight products.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items sold as new that within one year of the date of sale exhibit problems which can be attributed to manufacturing faults will be repaired or replaced. The decision to repair or replace will be at the discretion of Vicgear.                                                                                         

As part of our policy, items must be returned as new within 14 working days of delivery and with all the original packaging intact and product tags attached.

Vicgear will provide a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Vicgear will make a deduction from the amount refunded if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you/your representatives handling the goods more than was necessary.                                            

 

Please notify us of your intention to return in writing us within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
